Presented annually by the Niagara Track & Field Hall of Fame to the outstanding Cross Country Running, Indoor Track and Field, or Outdoor Track and Field High School or College Team of the Year in the Niagara Association.
Charles H. Moore, Jr.
This award is named for Charles H. Moore, Jr., a member of the Hall of Fame's Class of 2000, who competed for Cornell University and is an Olympic Gold Medalist (1952 400-meter hurdles) and Silver Medalist in the 4x400-meter relay. He set two World Records in the 440-yard hurdles. Moore, who was undefeated in the 400-meter/440-yard hurdles for his career, is a four time US Champion in the 400 meter hurdles and set five US Records over various distances.
